Ellie&Sam – 7-Day Return Policy

At Ellie&Sam, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
