We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are the details of our delivery timelines and process.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Total estimated delivery time (including processing): up to 15 business days.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the UAE and to selected international destinations.

  • For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.

Shipping Fees

    • A $5.50 USD delivery fee applies to all orders below $55 USD.

    • Enjoy free shipping on orders $55 USD and above.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery status.
